RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns at this time, except for certain situations as described below. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at help@splendorwater.com. Once you purchase a product from our website, the transaction is complete and Summerfield Farms DFC LLC will not accept a return or refund for that product.

One-Time orders of Splendor Water are non-refundable.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Our subscriptions are based off of bulk pricing and therefore cannot be refunded or canceled once fulfilled.

No discount can be redeemed after an order has been placed and discounts cannot be combined to existing orders. All promotions and discounts are for new orders only. We are not responsible for any advertised promotion on sites not hosted by Splendor Water. Offers are subject to change at any time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and such defect or damage is directly caused by Summerfield Farms DFC LLC If you need to submit a claim for an exchange, send us an email at help@splendorwater.com
If the product(s) you purchased from our Store becomes damaged while being delivered by a third-party carrier to you, we will replace or refund the product for up to 30 days after the date of your purchase. For any replacements or refunds, please contact us at (888) 271-3035 or email us at help@splendorwater.com.

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving it. We are closed on weekends, and major holidays - no orders will be shipped during these times.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. As soon as we receive your order, our team starts working on getting it out the door and delivered to you as soon as possible.

Address Change

Please make sure you have entered the correct address before placing your order. The shipping address cannot be changed after placing your order.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

If you sign up for a monthly recurring subscription membership plan from our store, you will receive the same products you ordered every month. Your recurring subscription will continue until it is canceled by either you or Splendor Water.

Either you or Splendor Water can cancel the month-to-month recurring subscription plan at any time with no cancellation fee and no responsibility for recurring charges after cancellation, except that if a shipment in a recurring subscription has already been processed prior to such cancellation, your recurring subscription shipment will be canceled after the aforementioned shipment, and you will still be responsible for payment of the last shipment. If you do not cancel, you will continue to receive recurring deliveries and your account will continue to be charged. You may place a hold for a maximum of three months on any subscription plan, as needed, by contacting us at help@splendorwater.com

Upon cancellation of any subscription plan, any account created or registered by you will not be deleted. You agree that any cancellation, limitation of access and/or suspension of your Account shall be made in Splendor Water’s sole discretion and shall not be liable to you or any third party for the cancellation, limitation of access and/or suspension of your account.

GIFT CARDS

The following terms and conditions apply to Splendor Water eCommerce Gift Cards and are subject to change at any time. Purchase, use or acceptance of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions:

Only redeemable at www.splendorwater.com
All gift cards are for one-time use only and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
For gift card balance, email help@splendorwater.com. Be sure to have your card number readily available.
Discounts or coupons are not redeemable toward gift card purchases.
Resale is strictly prohibited.

SUMMERFIELD FARMS DFC LLC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT A GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.

FRAUD PROTECTION

As part of our order processing procedures for our website, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
