Splendor Water Credit & Replacement Policy

At Splendor Water, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality product and a positive experience. While we take great care in preparing orders for shipment, we understand that damage, loss, or other delivery-related issues may occasionally occur during transit.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any damaged, missing, incorrect, or otherwise affected product within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for consideration for a replacement or account credit.

Claims submitted more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for replacement, reimbursement, refund, or credit.

To assist with the review of a claim, Splendor Water may request supporting information, including: Order number, Description of the issue, Photographs or video of the affected product and packaging, Lot number or other product information, when applicable

Damaged or Affected Products

When only a portion of an order is damaged or affected, Splendor Water will generally provide a replacement or credit based on the quantity of product impacted, rather than replacing the entire order.

If an order arrives substantially or completely damaged and the product is unusable, Splendor Water may issue a full replacement or other appropriate resolution following review of the claim.

Replacement Shipments

If a replacement shipment also arrives damaged, the customer must notify Splendor Water within 14 days of the replacement shipment's confirmed delivery date.

If only part of the replacement shipment is affected, Splendor Water may replace or credit only the affected quantity rather than issuing another full-case replacement.

Lost or Missing Shipments

Orders reported as lost, missing, or not received will be reviewed using available carrier tracking and delivery information. Splendor Water may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery before issuing a replacement or credit.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Splendor Water does not accept returns of delivered water products.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, account credit, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution at Splendor Water's discretion.

Shipping & Carrier Damage

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, handling and transportation are performed by the carrier. Packages may occasionally be re-taped, repackaged, or otherwise handled by the carrier while in transit.

Splendor Water will review documented shipping issues and work with customers to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

Policy Review

All claims are subject to review by Splendor Water. Splendor Water reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each claim, available documentation, order history, and carrier information.

Repeated, incomplete, or unverifiable claims may require additional review before a credit, refund, or replacement is issued.
